Swing Check Valve

Fluorine-lined high -quality check valve , the check valve only allows the medium to flow in one direction and prevents the fluid from flowing back. Usually this valve works automatically. Under the pressure of flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens. When the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure and the weight of the valve disc or PTFE valve ball act on the valve seat, thereby cutting off the fluid.

PTFE check valve structural features:

1. Swing check valve

The main models are: fully lined H44F46 and H74F46 single-flap swing series and H76F46 double-flap swing series. Their structural forms are: the valve discs rotate around the (pin) shaft outside the valve seat, open and close, and prevent the medium from flowing back. The characteristics of the H44F46 and H74F46 check valves are: the (pin) shaft and the valve disc are designed as one, and the (pin) shaft lined with FEP is embedded in the special groove formed between the valve body and the valve cover. It is flexible to open and close and has reliable sealing. In addition, the characteristics of the H72F46 and H76F46 check valves are: in addition to the valve body and valve disc, the return spring is also lined with corrosion-resistant fluoroplastics. The spring is reasonably designed so that the valve disc can also generate sufficient sealing pressure in the low-pressure area, ensuring the reliability of the valve sealing in the low-pressure area.

2. Lifting vertical check valve

The main models are fully lined H40F46, H42F46 and H71F46 lift vertical check valves. Among them, H40F46 is a new structure with a hemispherical valve disc. Their common feature is that the fluorine-lined disc moves up and down along the axis of the valve body passage.

3. Lift check valve

The main models are: fully lined H41F46 straight-through lift check valve, whose structural characteristics are: the fluorine-lined valve disc moves up and down perpendicular to the inlet and outlet axes of the valve body, thus realizing the valve opening and closing process.
